Seattle Street Of Dreams - Show Information

We will be taking a pause from conducting the Street until credit and confidence becomes more abundant to both the new construction and consumer arenas. After 25 years in the Seattle area market, the Street of Dreams is an established event with brand expectations for attendees, builders and sponsors and we prefer to safeguard those attributes rather than present a compromised experience. In the meantime, we will continue monitoring the local marketplace while seeking closer-in areas for potential Street of Dreams sites. Hopefully conditions will change sooner than anticipated, and when they do, we will immediately post upcoming show information on our website.
If you know of any quality closer-in land parcel(s) or finished building lots that would support a Street of Dreams event that focuses on a relatively smaller finished product, please contact us. We continue to actively seek these types of parcels.
